OK, sounds like a bomb, Charles Newton was a kind of genius on his time. But I think just 9,3 mm Newton could be a better name for yours ammo. Thatīs because it has no relationship to 9,3x64 Brenneke, only same bullet diameter and the lenght of case. Brenneke has 7mm, 8mm, 9,3mm i.e. whole family of x64 ammos
