Talking about ammo, do any of you guys no a South Sfrican brand by the name of PMP bullets.I know you get them in the USA(and at a better price than here in South Africa)Any experience with this bullets.Here in South Africa they are losing popularity purely because of prices.We can buy some brands of imported ammo for better prices.
Pesonally fancy bullets don't appeal to me but fir some animals it is nescesary to have premium grade bullets.But in the old days any animal was shot with any bullet.I'm only starting to reload bullets for my .243 now and currently I'm exsperimenting with Goodnell bullets.It is a monolithic solid 70gr bullet.I want to use them for a Springbok hunt the first weekend in May.Springbok is small animals(35kg-45kg)and we shoot them on 150m-300m.
