Re: CZ 550 416 Rigby safety issue

I have heard the same thing, but I've never had this happen to me. Being a bolt gun, high power competetive shooter, I had a coach teach me a way of operating a bolt gun to get all my shots off in the time frame during rapid fire strings. I slide my trigger finger to the bolt handle, place my thumb on the left side of the rear of the receiver or bolt shroud to operate the bolt. As I close the bolt, I drop my finger in the trigger guard and on the trigger. It probably keeps the rest of my hand completely away from the area of the safety. My PH said he never saw anyone cycle a rifle faster than me, besides leaving the rifle on my shoulder during this process. I've use Remingtons with a similar safety for decades, but never hit the safety.
