Hell yes! That's not how I meant it if it sounded as a criticism for which I apologise. Remember us Aussie's have a stirring up style humour.

We can send dummy cartridges out of the country and need to do so to reamer makers, die makers etc... If anything worries me, it's more the 'liquid' products like Alox which I think have a greater chance of being scrutinised heavily when they fly.

I certainly found it odd that Lee seeks an export permit for each custom reloading item and charges you for it. But it's not a full export permit like say the US$300 to import a barrel or firearm parts. Other companies in the States don't charge you to export their dies etc...
