Hi Greg.
The 458 is here at my local gun shop and I have played with it.
I got my E-Mail from W.L today so should get the "all clear" next week.

I got 100,400 grain Woodleigh PP's and 50 480 grain RN to kick things off.


I have done a deal with myself and said that if as a standard 458 it feeds it will stay as is.

If it doesn't feed it will become a 458 Lott,450 Ack or 450 Rigby.

Picked it up today and as I have been carrying two loaded rounds with me (as you do) to play with.
I put a patch through the barrel and fired these two shots at 30 yards without touching the sights off hand.
Load was 72 grains 2206h,Fed mag primer and 480 grain Woody RN.
