Here in Qld we have to pay $30 for a "permit to acquire". It then goes to "weapons Licencing" to decide if we "need" that firearm.

Takes about three weeks but have had it take three months.

Mate,anything over 308 I think has to be approved by one Sargent in W.L.

Only knock backs I know of are multiples of one caliber ie 3 x223's or 338 Lapua and the like.

You have to state a reason/need for the new firearm.
