I looked into this when the Zastavas were still on the water coming here. The .375H&H action is opened up and a longer magazine well fitted for the .375H&H length cartridge. The .458WM action is standard length. If you want a Lott you have to open the action up as well as re-chamber the .458WM. An alternative is buy the .375H&H action (which I believe are available) and then re-barrel to .458 Lott with a mauser '98 stock.
