Ray I take it you took your “new” 404 built on the CZ 550? How did the rifle perform? I finally got my 550 safari in a few weeks ago and we glassed her last week I’m off to the gun shop and range on Saturday or Sunday to mount the VX-III 1.76-6 and fire the first rounds. I have to say that the stock was very well straightened, and seemed about boom proof. Ill let you know how it goes.
