I have one of the Ruger Safari Magnums (458 Lott) and I like it a lot (no pun intended). But a minor correction about the safety. It isn't a M70 safety on the bolt that blocks the firing pin. While it's on the right side of the action it's a trigger block type safety in the reciever just like the other Ruger M77 mark IIs.
