Darryl it shoots pretty good 2" group at 100yds with open sights which is okay for what it is designed for. The 2378fps I thought was okay from a 20" barrel and is around what the original 416Rigby was renown for so I am happy with it. I use the 2208 powder in a lot of other calibres so its economical to utilise the same powder. Having said that I have been toying with going to a different powder as some 400 gr projectiles are longer than the fronTiers and I want reliability at reasonable pressure rather than high velocity.
