For the numbers you've listed, you're looking at around 66 ft. lbs. @ 21 FPS. Fairly stout, I'd say.
Thanx for that. It is easy to use and perfect for messing around.
I am also trying to develop a very low recoiling 7-08 load for a kid's gun, and this is great for that job too. Trying to get it down to about 243 type recoil, looks possible.
