Drjon, my magazine follower does not look anything like your photo. My follower is bright finish, lower on the right side, higher in the left, with a dished out area on the left rear. Its the same in my .416 Rem. Both guns work just fine. I don't know what follower your rifle left the factory with, but its not the same as both of mine.
