For me, for now, for Western big game, I'd go for a 300w over the 375
As I have been looking around a bit, I'm more likely to end up with a 300rum or 300wby (and I've thought of the 338lapua)
The MV advantage might be little, but every little bit is welcome for a(the) long range rifle I'd want.
