I had that choice just a month ago. I choose the .375 because:

1. Great bullet selection 235-350 grains.
2. Cheaper to shoot.
3. Less recoil.

Let me say a word about recoil. It's not weather you can "take" it - but rather can you really shoot well? For me the .375 has the most recoil I can shoot without flinching. You must seriously consider that.
