In my opinion, sensible controls and restrictions backed up by good evidence and logic is bearable, but when new restrictions and controls are put in with little good logic, or no real evidence or cause at all, especially when it is designed just to make life difficult, then it is not bearable or acceptable.

Removing the range use of those cartridges/rifles may mean many shooters with only club use/target shooting type justifications will have lost their reason to own.
