Buy a CZ action from Brownells, a barrel from Lothar Walther in .423 and have Jim Brockman in Gooding Idaho put one of his English style laminate or walnut stocks on it along with a barrel band front sight and swivel..for a rear he makes a talley base with a pop up peep and he will grind the receiver an install them along with a new bolt handle if you like...That is my new gun and I have about $1500 or less in it..It is slick, holds 5 down easy an one in the tube, so I can load it on monday and shoot until saturday and have 7 buffalo shot....Mine is in laminate and set up as a hunting rifle..I will checker it when I get home from Tanzania, but will use it as is for this trip...
