Ha!! Looks like fun. Curiousity... Ice is a weird medium. Sometimes it seems very hard, and other times, well not. And a shot that cracks it makes for easy on the subsequent shots. I was shooting frozen milk jusgs the other day with my 5.45x39 AK and was surprised at how much penetration I got. I once shot a little goat that was walking by me, at about 5 feet with a .38-200. The bullet exited and I noticed there was a hole in the snow on the other side of the goat. I dug around a bit and found the bullet right at the ground. What that means I have no idea, but it involved curiousity, a shootin' iron and winter... Keep shooting and thanks for posting! By the way, I just looked at those pix again... Did those bullets expand? |
