I shot a 458wm today in a bolt gun.
The recoil was straight back. I have
shot 470ne ,500/416, in doubles. The
recoil was differnt. Is it the stock,
or the axis of the bore to sholder?
The 458 needs to be tamed. A soft
recoil pad and a reducer are in order.
