I follow Barnes loads quite often for my .458 WM/Lott.
458 WinMag
500gr 67-72grains IMR4895 pushing 2000-2200fps
458 Lott
500gr 74-79grains Hogdon4895 pushing 2200-2350fps
Getting the WinMag over 5000ft-lbs is not very hard.
