As I suggested I would on 16/4/2009, I recently checked the Bore diameter on some 410 Bore shotguns, that I have on hand.
Whilst there were some variation from one manufacturer to another, all bores hover around 0.410" Diameter!
So if you use a .410 Bore Brush in a .404 Jeffery, it won't be scrubbing the groove diameter of the bore! I assume we would be better off using a .44 Rifle brush and if that is to tight to push and pull through the bore, use a .44 Pistol brush instead?
