I appreciate all of the input folks.

I'm leaning towards the .375 Ruger Alaskan since it would be ready out of the box with the addition of a Leupold 1.5-5x.

The .416 Ruger still intrigues me. I'll keep an eye on the forum for more information as they come into use.
