Why not just buy a Tika T3 in 9.3x62. Wood or synthetic stock, 3 or 5 shot mag, floating barrel, fully adjustable trigger, very smooth and very accurate. Very light. I had to put a pound of lead in mine and now IMHO it is a perfect stalking rifle. With a weaver 3.5 to 10 mounted, it is even better.
