Just got the 2009 Cabela's shooting catalog in the mail..

Saw that they are offering 470 and 500 Nitro ammo from Hornady for about 1/3 the price of Federal..around $115 for 470 and $120 for 500 Nitro --box of 20--compared to Federal in .470 with an asking price of $379.99 for a box of 20..

Have been reading the info on the Hornady, and allegedly, the bulles are safe too shoot in older doubles...but have not personally verified such...
