I don't know about 375H&H, I would have thought the 425 Express was nearer to a 416 Taylor re recoil. The choice of action won't have as much influence on this as the choice of barrel contour, density of stock wood & choice of furniture will have on weight & thus felt recoil. Being built on a 300 Win mag case, it would be a good choice to build a rifle for this on a standard length Mauser action IMO.
