I have a CZ custom in 404 Jeff. I had them use wood laminate and use a waterproof metal finish along with smoothing the action out, etc.Looks great, but right from their custom shop it would not pick up cart. from the mag. The bolt would not grab and feed properly.I returned and they fixed very quickly. Upon using then , since it did feed rounds now, I found the ramp for the cart. going into the chamber was too rough to allow soft lead exposed rounds,woodleigh, to feed, they grabbed the rough areas.I returned again, with some ammo so they could do the proper work. They asked for the ammo since they said they did not have any avail., but I wanted them to have mine to be sure. Rifle was returned with a few extra shipping scratches, front sight cover knocked off with associated scratches, etc, but it shots a nice 1" group at 100 yds and feeds nice now.You need to tell the custom shop what you expect to have done in detail, since you are paying for it, and or ship it back as needed or off to someone to do the final proper finish work if you get one as I did.
