Even though Fed ex has been rather slow with getting claim forms to Steve, they gave us no problem in admitting that this was 100% their fault. I guess 2 months turn around time is really not that bad to get everything repaired and taken care of, but I am as impatient as the next guy when it come to a new toy that I have looked forward to for a long time.I will give credit to Fed Ex., at least they are taking care of it, however slowly. |
