All my 9.3s have been 1x14 twist as thats about all they come in with perhaps an exception with Krieger.
The 1x14 will handle 250 to 320 just fine and the 320 RN have been super accurate in all my Lothar walther barrels.
The NOrma or Lapua 9.3 brass has an average of 4 ot 5% more loading density than converted 06 or 35 Whelen brass...
