Leave it alone and keep it or offer it for sale as it is.
There's nothing wrong with what you have there, and the round you're shooting is already an impressive round on brown bear and buffalo.

Consider having some engraving or wood finish work done to it.
Have .375 H&H Magnum inlaid in gold on the barrel!
