Why not buy a CZ 550 mag action for around 500.00, send it to Steve Heilmann for a complete interior polishing, change the trigger, have Pac-Nor barrel and chamber it to the caliber of your choice and then have it stocked. You would be able to put together a very nice rifle for the 5K you have in your budget.
