Horneber is absolutly the best of brass...

As to the 9.3x62, I get most of my brass from Huntingtons and I like the Lapua brass best of all...I have a supply of RWS and its very good stuff as is Norma, but Lapua is about the best in any caliber and the necks are annealed and they are always sized and round, just load them out of the box....thats a plus.
