I think this piece is aimed more at photographic safari guides rather than PHs, although that doesn't necessarily make your points any less valid. Most of the photo safari guides I've come across wouldn't know one end of the rifle from the other anyway..... Most would have a moral objection to shooting an animal anyway as well...
