I would buy a Win Classic Safari Express .375 and use the leftover $$$ for ammo or a hunting trip.

The pre '64 type controlled round feed action of the "Classic" M70's are as good as a Dakota or a pre '64. They were the best deal going until their demise. I have never understood why they didn't sell better.
