I have never owned one of the newer versions though I have heard many bad things as stated here. I do have a pre 64 in 375H&H and love that rifle. I didn't think of it as overpriced as many say they are, maybe I just found a good deal. Its a shame American gun manufactures are slipping in so many ways with what once was a good name.
