Yes. The unset pull weight is 3.5 lb and the set trigger requires 1.5 lb to release. There is noticable creep both ways, but not enough that I object to it. As the trigger is adjustable for pull weight, release travel, and over travel, it appears I can correct the creep if I wish. The pull weights are fine as they are.
