Mine is a CZ 550 in 458 Win. True, it has the long action and magazine (same as the Lott)but I seat my bullets out to compensate, giving more powder space and less freebore. In effect it becomes a more efficient Lott. Using Barnes bullets, you can crimp in alternate grooves in the TSXs and Banded solids, so crimping is not an issue. I don't use factory loads. So, unless one uses factory ammo only, the CZ in 458 Win has some distinct advantages: namely, better efficiency and potentially better accuracy as the heavier bullets are closer to the lands.
