Hi: I have a CZ550 in 416 Rigby with an 2.5x8 leupold in talley mounts no problems. I also have a Brno 602 .458 win mag that has the same length action[ i would like it shorter]with no scope . I saw a shooter at the range with a 602 .458 and he had a little scope on it that had a straight tube and i noticed he had the front ring tightened over the front lense. I didn't think that was a good thing but he said he has no problems with the set up. maybe if your are very easy when you tighten you would be ok. sorry i never asked what the scope was. Regards Dan
