Can someone who owns a CZ 550 in .458 Win etc help with a scope mounting question.

I was considering putting a Zeiss Conquest on the rifle when I get it, with Warne or Talley QD rings, but I am told a scope with an objective bell doesn't leave enough usable tube to put the QD rings on and still span the action. I don't have a problem using a Leupold 1.5-5 to get around it but cuirous all the same.
