Excellent advise guys, I guess I never included what I wanted to hunt, I won't be getting rid of any rifles, just adding, heres my list of must hunt animals:

North American Deer - for that I have my 7x57 Mauser
North American Elk and Moose - Thats why I bought the 375 H&H
North American Grizzly Bear - 375 or 458?
Cape Buffalo - My dream hunt, I have no desire to hunt elephant, but the mighty buffalo is what I'm saving my pennies for.

On a side note I considered getting the Safari Classic in 300 H&H for a mid range gun, but I thought it was to close to the 375, perhaps given the info I should reconsider...
