Scrollcutter, those rounds that you mentioned are classified as sporting rounds. They are existing rounds and have been used for DG hunting and atf decided that they were indeed for sporting use. It's just with NEW rounds being developed, you have to get approval as to classification for sporting use. I hate that word, SPORTING.
