in a practical sense, why would you bother building a rifle around a cartridge designed for shooting 6 ton elephant to use on 600 to 1000 lb bears. you're looking at limited choices of bullets, considerable weight disadvantages for a balanced weapon and few available actions that will handle a cartridge that size.
