Every step hurts some. Only 2 weeks to go. I had to wait until my wife got home from her trip to Europe.
When I stepped off the curb without knowing it was there, my weight down on a straight leg, crushed the bone under the inside corner of the tibia, under the tibia prosthesis. That wedged/ripped it off the tibia.
Been loose since, but only needing a cane-painful since about mid July.
Got home from the lake on Sunday, needing to empty the truck inside right away, due to the food and possession limit of fish for the freezer. Took a few days off till today.
I got the back of the truck unloaded today and the 3.6 meter Styker taken apart and in the basement & motor in the shed. Took me from 10AM until 3 PM to get that done. LOL Should have only taken an hour.
There will be no hunting for me, this fall, unless we make a drive in the truck for grouse on the roads.
