That browser is working for me. While Google chrome and Firefox do not work.

I do not know why DuckDuckGo works while the others do not?

The problems I believe are being caused by the ISP deciding to upgrade the PHP software, they say on Friday .... And/or institute a security certificate change, without authorisation i.e. the https address which appeared only yesterday.
