The probelm in the remotest areas is the locals get a lot of meat in a short time and they make a lot of biltong, using gut lung meat the whole works, but after a while they lose interrest, get fat and lazy..the indigenous of Africa only live from one day to the next and after awhile it is very hard to get them to take the meat..then they starve a while before we return..Oh well!

As to the word "waste", I and others have a problem with that word, is an old bull carcass returned to Africa and her animals "waste", I think not as he will feed many of Africas animals, Lions and her cubs, hyenas and litter, jackles, wild dogs, vultures....for the information of some we are not the only living species on this planet..This is one of the great lessons in life that I learned from our Afrikaner brothers...
