Never shot a Buff with either but I would go with the Swift A frame. Great expansion and adequate penetration. I have shot some X bullets that shed petals in animals.At distance the accuracy of the Barnes may be better but we are talking short range with Buff.

Dead is dead but I think I would go for the A frame.
