"The above price is standard for a straight buffalo leopard hunt not including sable and lion." When you look at lion rates, it's actually a very good price. The point is you can go on a buff hunt and pay only a TF for the lion. Also, it's not being presented as a discounted hunt so much as it's an opportunity to take the only lion on quota. Another client hunted but did not take a lion although he took buff, leopard, sable, etc. Also, lions are rarely available on a 15 day hunt so in fact, you are seeing a "inexpensive" lion hunt...hunting at buff daily rates and less required days with a good chance to take a lion for TF only.

If I had the money I would go myself as I trust the PH and know the area and it is in fact a good deal.
