Mike You might try a Leupold 1.5-5. I like the heavy duplex. Also you should mount the scope far foward. If your neck is already stretched out before you shoot there is less of a chance for your head to get a "running start" toward the scope. If your neck is already stretched out then your head will recoil back with the rifle. Also maintain a firm shoulder until after the recoil. If you relax your shoulder just as you shoot your shoulder colaspses allowing the rifle/scope to travel back toward your head. Scope foward, firm shoulder, hard cheek contact with the stock. Your whole upper body should take the recoil. |
