Personally I have no problem with hunting a lioness if it is legal and if I believe it doesn't or won't hurt conservation of lion efforts.

Just like elephant cows, my armchair theory is lionesses are probably more dangerous than the male.

My main interest is I remember on Zimbabwe safari price lists they were usually significantly cheaper than a male lion, and I also wondered if the daily rates was the same for a "lion" hunt or not.
