Thank you for the interesting story and excellent photos.

That eland brings back memories for me. I think I remember rightly that the last animal for me on my first hunting safari to Africa was an eland as well. On the second to last day of a seven day hunt with the animal being hunted in the afternoon. It was a very rememberable hunt and involved following up and tracking a slightly spooked herd of eland over a distance of about five kilometres. Then a somewhat difficult shot and a beautiful eland down on the ground. I remember details of that hunt like it was yesterday.

The kudu above is pretty nice too.

As are all the trophies displayed.
