From: Nitro3 (Original Message) Sent: 2/7/2002 1:45 AM Some guys have all the luck! The Safari Hunters Journal is a TV show on hunting in Africa, and is playing in the USA. Why can't we have these sorts of shows in Oz? "The First "All African" hunting program on television". The site has the TV program showing when it is being shown and what the topic or animal being hunted is. Cape Buffalo in Zimbabwe was shown in the last and first week of Jan/Feb. This week on Friday 8 Feb 8 pm and Sat Feb 9, 11 pm, the topic is archery for eland, oryx and black wildebeest. Various shows are shown until June 29 from the program. I believe it is being shown on the outdoor channel http://www.outdoorchannel.com but I am not sure as it is not mentioned on the Journal web site. Has anyone seen any of it? Other useful features are a safari checklist (thats a good idea!) and feature animals, plus hunting resources. Their web site is http://www.safarihuntersjournal.com |
