I am inclined to agree with you. We spend billions of pounds in aid to African countries when the majority of the problems could be solved with a 0.50 penny bullet.
If you can get somebody killed for a few thousand in London, then a million in a swiss bank accont for a Zimbabwe general and Mugabe would be toast.
